There are many useful features to this website. The features are as follows:
Small Business Outreach - The New San Diego US Courthouse project has established its Small Business outreach goals at 45%. The breakdown of goals for the Small Business community is as follows: HUBZone Small Business, 3%; Women-Owned Small Business, 5%; Small Disadvantaged Business, 18%; Veteran-Owned Small Business, 3%; and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business,3%.
Hensel Phelps currently does not have any additional Small Business Outreach Presentations schedule
Pre-Qualification - In order to pre-qualify for construction services, every contractor must sign up with both the federal governments Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program as well as the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) program. Each contractor will also be required to fill out the attached Hensel Phelps Pre-Qualification Form and fax or mail back to our District Office in Irvine CA. To better assist all contractors, Hensel Phelps has created a one page check off sheet that will help guide companies through the process. If there are any questions, please contact a Hensel Phelps representative to assist in complying with the various tasks.
