PBS Directive 3490.1A

This order sets forth the Public Buildings Service’s (PBS’s) policy on the dissemination of sensitive but unclassified (SBU) paper and electronic building information of

General Services Administration’s controlled space, including owned, leased, or delegated Federal facilities. A major goal of GSA and the Federal Government is the safety and security of people and facilities under the charge and control of GSA. This order outlines the PBS security procedures needed to reduce the risk that the material will be used for dangerous or illegal purposes.

PBS Directive for the New United States Courthouse San Diego California

Hensel Phelps will need each subcontractor to sign the PBS Directive and the necessary conditional releases in order to receive the contract documents.  Hensel Phelps has created three separate packages to maintain the necessary documentation for the GSA.  In order to receive these packages you will need to have either WinZip or WinRAR installed on your computer.  Once you have reviewed the PBS Directive and the Conditional Releases, please send scanned copies of these forms to Lucas Farmer at lfarmer@henselphelps.com.

Package A (ZIP or RAR) - This package only contains the PBS Directive 3490.1A.

Package B (ZIP or RAR) - This package contains the PBS Directive 3490.1A and the AutoCAD conditional release.

Package C (ZIP or RAR) - This package contains the PBS Directive 3490.1A, the AutoCAD conditional release, the 3D Model conditional release, and the BIM Presentation Acknowledgment Form.
